Handover
Everything you need
At some point, we will eventually complete the nitty-gritty of a building project and sign off on it. That’s when it’s officially the client’s to take over, utilise and enjoy. However, we are always careful to plan the handover well in advance.
During the handover, you – the client – will also be issued with a range of important documents. These will include health and safety documentation, up-to-date data from the testing stage of the project and any certificates and warranties applicable to the works just carried out.
